Exploring Your Inner Domme
5 week Course

This class focuses on the movement, mindset, and subtlety of sexual and sensual domination. Taught for women from any walk of life, age, and sexual orientation, this class will enhance your confidence and commitment to inventiveness and feminine sensuality during any type of sexy playtime!

Being on top is a mindset, and in this course you'll receive instruction from a Pro Domme who has worked with individuals and couples for four years, helping women to find their inner Dominant.

This is a beginners course for students who are curious about introducing Female Domination into their own mindsets and/or love lives, but all are welcome!

Pole Fitness and Dance

About Pole Fitness/Dance Classes

The schedule and registration has been moved to the Schedule and Registration page!
This page is info about the classes and how to prepare.
(what to wear is on the right ->)

Notes for all students:
1. If it is your first time to the studio watch our YouTube Video on how to get there.
2. Also, for first timers to the studio please come a bit early to fill out paperwork if you haven't already done so via email.
3. Please come a bit early for payment if you have not paid online or over the phone.
4. The studio is located in a warehouse area. The area is patrolled, our building has security, and our building is secured. It looks a bit rougher than it really is. Even so, we encourage everyone to leave in groups.

Open Studio Practice

Ongoing drop-in practice time for current students in ANY CLASS. Dance space will be open and the mirror free. A couple poles will be set up for pole students too. You will not receive instruction but you will have space to practice what you've already learned. An instructor will be available to spot pole students as needed.

Pole: Level I

Level 1 will set you on the proper path to pole beauty, grace, and confidence. This is where we build the foundation that all pole work is based from and where you learn to pole safely. By the end of the 6 weeks you will be strong enough for beginner level spins and will have the perfect pole foundation. This class was constructed with those who are new to exercise, are a bit overwieght, and/or have limited upper body & core strength, in mind.

Pole: Level II & III

Tons of spins, transitions, floorwork, how to string moves together to make a dance fluid, strength training, and flexibility. This is the ultimate full body workout. More challenging than you think, but so worth it. You'll feel great after every class. By the end of 6 weeks you'll be amazed at what you can do. Level III students will be kicking it up a notch getting ready for their first invert by the end of the 6 weeks.
(Most people need to take this class a few times or more in order to condition their bodies to move into the intermediate class)

Pole Intermediate/Advanced (levels IV-VII)

Take your pole dance higher, quite literally! You know all the basics and can put on an impressive show on the pole. Here's where you learn the jaw dropping tricks and inverts. More full body conditioning. If you are working at this level, you end up in the best shape of your life.

This level of pole is no longer in required 6 week sessions because it becomes incredibily individualized once you get into inverts. You can still get 6 credits for classes but you don't have to come every week, and you don't always have to come Thursdays. We've added a Sunday class for this level.

Alternate Class Times

We tried our best to make pole classes as open to as many people as possible, but if you don't see a day and time that works for you you can...

1. Make your own class! If the instructor is available during an unscheduled studio time (mostly during the day before 6pm), and you can get at least 5 people together, then you can make your own 6 week class!

Once you make a class time with us with start date and end date we will also market the class to the public. If we get a good response then we'll offer classes at that day and time on a regular basis. If no one else signs up then you and your friends have a private 6 week session for the same price as our regular classes.

2. Private lessons. Private lessons depend on instructor and studio availability. They aren't regular classes and are scheduled at your convenience and tailored to what you want to learn (if you have the strength and flexibility to SAFELY learn what you want). It can be just you or a small group or 3 or less. Each instructor sets their own hourly rate which is anywhere from $45-$75.

What to Wear

Be prepared for your first class.

1. Pole needs bare skin for grip so a skirt with shorts underneath or shorts alone are great. If you end up wearing pants and can't roll them up to do pole moves or if you wear leggings there's really not much you can do spin wise. Skin is necessary.

2. It's best to learn either bare foot or in socks. We do allow heels if you want them but ONLY when you have demonstrated you can land safely and gently. Beside dancing without shoes on the balls of your feet is a great leg workout!

3. Minimize how much moisturizer you are using the day of the class. Lotions are very bad for pole dance. I know Cleveland weather can zap the moisture out of your skin so if you need to use lotions try to only use them in the morning if you have class that evening.

4. If it is your first time at our studio, please try to be a bit early so we can get some new student paper work taken care of.
