Now you can do Hoop Dance as a Drop-in!


We would love for you to sign up for a 6 week session, but we understand that Hoop Dance is pretty new to Cleveland and you might not know what it's all about. So Drop-in for one class to try it out. We're sure you will love it!

 

Every Wednesday 7:15-8:15pm Starting on March 3rd. $15 per single class

Hip Hop is Here!

You've asked and we're getting it started.


This class is going to be a little different than other dance classes you've ever taken. We're going to honor Hip Hop's roots by having a studio cipher style class. This means every one can learn from each other. There will also be the option to join a performance troupe if you are ready for the challenge. If not just come and have fun with us exploring the huge variety of Hip Hop dance styles out there!

 

Sundays 6-7pm (Troupe practice at 7)

Welcome Special Guest Pole Instructor Kelly McLaughlin!

Kelly is a fantastic pole dancer and instructor, and she will be teaching some very special Pole Workshops for all levels of experience!

 

Both workshops are on Feb 20th

 

Absolute Beginners Workshop 3-4:30pm $30

 

Spins & Flare Workshop (Experienced beginners to advanced) 5-7pm $40

At least once a month Cleveland Exotic Dance will feature special intensive workshops.



March & April Workshops

Pole Strength Workshop
Working out with the Pole and for the Pole.

Sometimes doing spins over and over just isn't enough. We learn how to really workout with the pole using your body as your weights and resistance. We will also cover strength training for pole without a pole. This class will be great for people who have some pole experience and really want to get stronger to be able to do more on the pole. Since we are learning strength building exercises both on the pole and off, this workshop is also good for all pole enthusiasts whether you have a pole at home or not.

 

If you have a yoga mat or some other towel or blanket you will want to bring it. You can also bring exercise resistance bands and a couple light hand weights if you want. We won't be doing exercises with this equipment but I will demonstrate for those who have this equipment. The yoga mat or blanket is a must though!

Studio Sampler Workshop
Not sure what class you'd like to take? Try them all in one workshop!

We will cover some pole dance, burlesque, hoop dance, and belly dance!


No previous dance experience needed. Beginners welcome! Workshop will run for 2+ hours.
