BRING OUT THE DOMINANT WOMAN!

Exploring Your Inner Domme
5 week Course
Starting Sunday, February 5th 6:30-7:30pm

This class focuses on the movement, mindset, and subtlety of sexual and sensual domination. Taught for women from any walk of life, age, and sexual orientation, this class will enhance your confidence and commitment to inventiveness and feminine sensuality during any type of sexy playtime!

Being on top is a mindset, and in this course you'll receive instruction from a Pro Domme who has worked with individuals and couples for four years, helping women to find their inner Dominant.

This is a beginners course for students who are curious about introducing Female Domination into their own mindsets and/or love lives, but all are welcome!

Yoga for Exotic Dance and Everyone!

About Sexy Flexy Yoga

The schedule and registration has been moved to the Schedule and Registration page!
This page is info about the classes and how to prepare.

Notes for all students:
1. If it is your first time to the studio watch our YouTube Video on how to get there.
2. Also, for first timers to the studio please come a bit early to fill out paperwork.
3. For all students who may owe on arrival please come a bit early for payment.
4. Wear comfy clothes, the instructor will need to see your body though for proper posture so not too baggy. Shoes with a heel you are comfortable dancing in are highly recommended. Think of a dance type/jazz type heel to start with.
4. The studio is located in a warehouse area. The area is patrolled, our building has security, and our building is secured. It looks a bit rougher than it really is. Even so, we encourage everyone to leave in groups.

More Than You Might Think!

Most people think of Yoga and they think meditation and relaxation. While these are some amazing benefits to practicing yoga, there's so much more that you might not know. I've listed benefits of regular Yoga practice. Everyone: male, female, old, young, full figured, or thin, can benefit from yoga. Even if you are involved in one of our dance classes or other physical activity, you should still look into yoga. Yoga is the perfect supplement for other physical activity.... and since we are a dance studio... the body awareness, strength, and flexibility building from yoga will improve your dance!

  • Stress reduction. Yoga draws your focus away from your busy, chaotic day and toward calm as you move your body through poses that require balance and concentration.
  • Increased fitness. As you learn and refine new poses, you may enjoy improved balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength which can mean you are less likely to injure yourself in other activities.
  • Management of chronic health conditions. There is evidence of yoga helping with a variety of health conditions, such as cancer, depression, pain, anxiety and insomnia, by helping with sleep problems, fatigue and mood. Yoga also can help reduce heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Weight loss. If you're overweight or have binge-eating disorder, yoga may help you make the healthy lifestyle changes necessary to gain control of your eating and drop those extra pounds.
  • Self-confidence. Being involved in any physical activity makes people happy, quite simply. Your body feels good from moving and you feel good because youre body feels good. This in turn can improve self-image, which improves confidence. Additionally, you have a more keen sense of your surroundings and body awareness. So, Yoga is highly recommended to those involved in our other dance classes.
